Free shipping on orders over $350. Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Every order ships with a signature confirmation — so your hair arrives safely, every time. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please reach out to the carrier to authorize a drop-off or schedule a pickup.
Returns
No hassle returns on unused hair when you request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. No questions asked. If you're not satisfied, simply email a request for return within 7 days of delivery. The hair must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging with zip-ties attached to be eligible for return. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items; once your return is accepted, you'll receive the value of your order (minus shipping costs) in the form of store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the shipping costs associated with the original order are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Refunds are issued as store credit only, minus the cost of return shipping.

• After installation, shampoo and condition the hair regularly with a sulfate free shampoo, with the help of a professional stylist if needed.
• Use only small amounts of hair products to avoid weighing the hair down, and apply a heat protectant prior to the use of heat styling tools.
• Sleep with a satin cap or on a satin pillowcase to reduce breakage and tangling.
• Avoid straightening the curly and coily styles, as it will loosen the curl pattern.
