Instructions

• To prepare for installation, wash and condition the extensions with a high quality, sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner.
• After installation, shampoo and condition the hair regularly with a sulfate free shampoo, with the help of a professional stylist if needed.
• Use only small amounts of hair products to avoid weighing the hair down, and apply a heat protectant prior to the use of heat styling tools.
• Sleep with a satin cap or on a satin pillowcase to reduce breakage and tangling.
• Avoid straightening the curly and coily styles, as it will loosen the curl pattern.

Orders placed before 11:30 AM ET will be shipped on the same business day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 11:30 AM ET will ship on the following business day. All orders are shipped with a signature required for delivery, and we recommend you be available to sign for your delivery or instruct the carrier to hold your delivery at their secure location for pickup. Opal & Charlie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Returns/Refunds

Opal & Charlie offers a no hassle 7 day return for store credit policy for orders submitted for return within 7 days of the delivery date. In order to be eligible for store credit, the hair must be in its original, unopened condition. The hair can not be removed from its original packaging, untied, washed, excessively brushed/finger combed, installed, chemically treated, or tampered with in any way. Returns may be subject to a $20 restocking fee, deducted from the final store credit. All sales are final, and no cash refunds are offered.
