Overnight Shipping

Next business day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM EST.

Order Processing

All orders placed before 11:30 AM EST on Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped on the same business day, excluding holidays and sales periods. Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST on Friday will ship on Monday (the next business day). Once you have placed your order, we are unable to process any edits or cancellations.

Signature Confirmation

You've invested in premium human hair, so it's important that your order is delivered to you without the risk of package theft. This is why we ship all orders with a Signature Confirmation required for delivery. We recommend that you be available to sign for your delivery when it arrives. If you are unable to sign for your delivery on the delivery date, you can go to the website of the carrier (USPS or UPS) and sign electronically to release the shipment or request for your package to be held for pickup at a nearby location.
