How to Track
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s website to track your order. Once the carrier (USPS or UPS), you must contact them for any updates regarding delivery time or shipping delays.

Signature Confirmation
You've invested in premium human hair, so it's important that your order is delivered to you without the risk of package theft. This is why we ship all orders with a Signature Confirmation required for delivery. We recommend that you be available to sign for your delivery when it arrives. If you are unable to sign for your delivery on the delivery date, you can go to the website of the carrier (USPS or UPS) and sign electronically to release the shipment or request for your package to be held for pickup at a nearby location.
