At Opal & Charlie, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you need to

Eligibility

A return for store credit must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition

To remain eligible, the hair must remain in with all tags attached and must be unused, unwashed, and otherwise untampered with in any way.

Exclusions

Any order placed is eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery, so long as the order remains in it's original condition. Special offers, sale items, bundle deals, and promotional offers are excluded and considered final sale.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return:

    Contact our customer service team at support@opalandcharlie.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Authorization:

    You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back your items.

  • Package Your Return:

    Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including your return authorization number and original invoice.

  • Ship Your Return:

    Ship your return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Time Restrictions

  • Return Window:

    All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date.

  • Processing Time:

    Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your store credit has been issued.

Refund Method

Orders placed with Opal & Charlie are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of the delivery date, as long as the hair remains in its original, unopened condition. Orders cannot be returned for a cash refund or any other exchange other than a store credit. Opal & Charlie is not responsible if you or your stylist damages the hair by over-processing, incorrectly dying, or incorrectly bleaching the hair.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee up to $20 may apply to return requests on large orders or returns suspected of fraud.
